Sharing my experience:

Deleted files/databases added files via cPanel in middle of migration. The changes did not show from the web.
Just went to cPanel and files/DB were back and added files gone. No biggie.

I figure that:

Disk Space Usage23.27 / ∞ MB


on the cPanel is a mistake.

Softaculous seems to have half the old scripts. Missing are Wordpress, Drupal, and Joomla.

I alert staff about that... They will look into this.

i have these problems and that the theme is the basic and many of the disabled features are enabled again i beleve that this is due to the server move so it is easier to do because i had to do the same thing for one of mine that was at a relatives datacenter.
