Hello!

I have an account on the Lotus server. Over the last week, I have been unable to access the server because of the maintenance work in progress.

However, I read the announcement today that the backup work has been completed. I was unable to login at lotus.x10hosting.com:2083.

I followed the link to cPanel from my Hosting Account Management page. However, none of my files are appearing on the server. Can you please help me with this? Is it that my files are yet to be restored from the backup? Or should I upload from my own backup?

Hi,
Your account is now on a new server named Fris.
Try accessing cPanel at http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/

He said he was able to get into his cPanel but all his files are missing. Seems like it happened to several accounts.
