lotus cpanel and website not working

Its been 2 weeks i have tried from different browsers, different machines, clearing cache and dns etc.
But still i am not able to access by website.
Also i am not able to login to my cpanel. I get the login panel but my login doesnot work.
There is no problem with the password, i am able to connect to forum and account panel.

I can login to account panel and i can see my account is active

Hi,

I experienced the same problem with my site on Lotus. I'd just sit tight until an administrator can have a look at this thread, or if someone would be so kind as to elevate this thread to staff attention?
