Lotus : limit and stop

Hello,
Thanks for the serves that you provide to us,
My country (Tunisia: Live Tunisia for ever ) was blacklisted and When I signup I found a limit 500 Mb but you said there isn't a limit
And There is a problem my site doesn't work each 2 minutes Chrome saied (The connection to .... has resated or interputed )
Can you help me fast ???!!!
Because have a project to do ??
