Lotus question

The lotus server seems to be down a lot. I understand that this is a free service and to an extent one gets what one pays for, but I would love an explanation for why it is down so frequently. Is this a situation that is going to persist indefinitely? Knowing these things would enable me (and others, I assume) to make more informed decisions regarding our sites and hosting arrangements.

I can see... I will notify an admin for you. It seems only the cPanel and FTP is working at the moment.
