Lotus seems not finished

Well this is the first time i have had anything at all to complain about . On lotus the cpanel is the default theme, the mysql server is giving me intermitent errors when its connecting, softaculous is not working at all, and it seems like some of my files are older than others and some are from less than a week ago. I am just wondering if there are sitll problems with lotus that the admins are working to fix (beleave me its not easy) or that these are not known about as the threads i've seen have had the problems resolved. Any help would be apreciated.

P.S. the disk quota is also showing infinite

I just talked with an account manager, and it seems that since the server is not completely finished (some hardware related things) we all have to wait for the last changes to apply. If the issue is not solved when all the hardware is done, post back, and staff will look at your account.
