I new to this and i loose FTP just as my site was gonna go on air.

I'd just like to point out that this is a free service, and from your forum signup date, I see you haven't been a member long.

These problems are quite rare to be fair, but you may have hit an unlucky streak just as you signed up. Prior to the last week or two, lotus has been running without a hitch for at least a month.

So if you have problems, please just remember that they are rare, but you have to take the rough with the smooth and just live with them for an hour or two.

My site loads fine, it's just FTP looks like it may have locked up. The server may need a reboot.

Yes, I "pointed" that out yesterday concerning free service. Not much room to complain...you get what you pay for, so I'm content. Sugar is sugar...whether it's walmart brand or generic. Some things you can't say that about.:biggrin:
