Lotus Server / FTP 552 Disk Full error

Hi Team.

Despite the fact that there was some service status on Lotus:

(Compled) Lotus5 hours ago We have having an issue with cPanel on Lotus which is causing processes to backup. We are working on it.
This is resolved

I continue to get the same 552 Disk Full error that some other users have been experimenting since few days.
Can we expect this issue resolved before this week-end?
