Lotus Server Overload

Apparently the Lotus server is under heavy load for the past 2 days or so. The site hosted on the Lotus server is extremely slow to load. The cPanel on the Lotus server also is not displaying the X10Hosting banner properly.

The serverload displayed in cPanel is always somewhere between 10 to 23. Here is the current status

Is this a common problem for the server to get overload from time to time? Or is this just a rare occasion.

Thank you for reporting this. Because Lotus hosts free accounts, it is very prone to abuse. Generally, when one person is using too much of the server resources, they are automatically suspended so everyone on the server has an equal share of available resources. You may have checked the status of the server during a period of high resource usage. Any problems related to overload are generally fixed automatically.
