Lotus Server Running Really Slow

Hi As the title said the lotus server has for the last week or so been running really slow and its getting really anoying especially for php heavy things like the wordpress backend so if somebody could check into who is abbusing it/why its happening. That would be great

Lotus is up and running.

It goes in and out i have had montastic checking it. It also has really long ping times

Apache has been restarted on Lotus, so it should be running fine now. It should run fine and you should experience no slowness.
