My website (chaosinacan.com or chaosinacan.x10hosting.com) is not responding even though, according to the latest update post, lotus has been transferred. I cannot log in to cPanel through lotus.x10hosting.com:2083 using my username and password, and my Hosting Account Management page says my site is on lotusold.

This appears to be a DNS issue of some sort, as a DNS lookup to either chaosinacan.com or chaosinacan.x10hosting.com yields the IP address of the old Lotus server, not the new one.

Should my site be up, or is there still more configuration to be done?

I'm still unable to access my site at either chaosinacan.com or chaosinacan.x10hosting.com and unable to login to cPanel at lotus.x10hosting.com:2083. My account management panel says my cPanel is at lotusold.x10hosting.com:2083, but that just times out.

This is what I get when I try pinging lotus.x10hosting.com and then chaosinacan.x10hosting.com:
spadija ~
$ ping lotus.x10hosting.com

Lotus is quite clearly running, but my site doesn't think it is on the new server yet.

I have also tried (many times over the past couple of days) to reset my password, but I get this each time:
action status Error
information Update to your hosting account password.
result A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: 18A7083E

I've seen a few other people with the same problem, so it looks like the DNS lookup for Lotus hasn't been completely updated yet. Any word on when this will get fixed?

"Our goal is to have the free hosting servers back to a stable state by the end of the weekend. Looking good so far."
