Lotus Up/Down?

This is my first post, so off the bat I want to say kudos for the awesome service. You guys are great. =]

Not a complaint or anything, just looking for some clarification. Has anybody else been experiencing problems on Lotus? My site seems to be up/down intermittently throughout the day. Just curious if it's me or others are having the same problem.
