Lotus.x10 Down?

I see this in my account:

Server Uptime

Server Load

Apache HTTP

Offline

MySQL

Online

Exim

Offline

cPanel

Offline

FTP

Offline

Does this mean that the server is down?

Bandwidth Allotment:Error MB
Could that mean that I have my bandwith limit exceeded?

My site that is hosted on Lotus has not worked for several hours as well..

Mine hasn't worked all day. Funny, but I can see in File Manager that the new version of my page uploaded fine to the server -- I just get an error when trying to navigate to it with my browser. DNS error, maybe?

There is some sort of problem with Lotus. I am also on Lotus and it wont load my site either but the server alert shows that it is not down so it could very well be DNS issues. I will contact support tomorrow.

I faithfully log on inside two weeks and as I knew that were changing servers etc I waited patiently seeeing as its a free service and I am in no postion to make demands.
I could see my website but could not access cpanel to do stuff to it and I assumed I am not suspended by being able to log on.
Then when i go to look at my site at http://postracker.x10hosting.com/ I get :

this site no longer available.

I check tose ifI can start a new one but it tells me:

you already have a site, use it

As I said I am i no position to demand anything, all I want to know is what now?
