Love how the staff ignores us!

For an entire day my site been offline going to an error page opened a ticket and got no response. Came on the forum and the only people with responses are those who are not talking about the outage, everyone that has a post about their websites being offline looks like they are being ignored. What the heck is going on, why isn't the admin staff saying anything about when they will return. At the very least give me a copy of my site and database i'll go elsewhere.

Hello,

The site you posted is loading fine.
Many of the free hosting support team are volunteers (including myself). We take time out of our busy lives to do our best to help who we can. If we don't know the answer, we do not reply to the ticket. If you need dedicated support all of the time, I suggest you pay for a premium service, where there are always paid support personnel available for any queries. This service is free, the least you can do is have a bit of patience when things go wrong.

First the site isn't opening fine just checked this is the error

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

Second who said I didn't plan to upgrade, but with a staff like yours I dont think I will. I might recromend customer service 101 to your staff they seem like they need it.

Again, 99% of the free hosting support staff are volunteers. We don't have to help you at all. But we do. We get about 300 tickets per day, and between us in our free time we aim to answer as many as we can.

If you logged into your account panel, then you should see an update there from http://status.x10hosting.com/. That's an update from the admin staff concerning your server, boru. It's currently under maintenance. Please be patient until it's completed.

I suggest you take another look at my last post. Should solve your problem. No point in asking for help then ignoring it, is there?

I would like to note that not everybody who volunteers here has the access to arbitrarily check what server your account is on. In the future, it may be helpful for us if you were to include the name of your server in your support tickets so that volunteers are aware, and can direct you to any relevant news postings that may be related to your issue. Had you done so in this ticket, someone could have easily notified you that boru is under maintenance.
