low activity mail notification

I'm new here.
I don't know if it already does that or not, but it would be good if the forum automatically e-mail users that are away for 12 days (for instance), warning about it's inactivity and avoiding unexpected suspensions (however I understand that it may not be that nice for the host politics..).
Does it e-mail us if the account gets suspended?

a. It is now 31 days, not 14
b. It does not notify you if you are suspended. But if you try to visit your site, you will notice. The suspended notice will be up 10 days before they delete the files, etc.
c. Free. No ads. Advanced features. All they ask is log into the Forums once every 31 days. HOW DARE THEY! They don't even offer caviar and massages like 666freehostinginexchangeforyoursoul.net .
