Low disk space

Hi, my future planning from my website is so big, but current disk space of my free hosting is 500MB only, so I want to expend it to serve my website batter (at least 1GB). Can anyone suggest me how can it be increase, or I have to move to the premium hosting?

Once your account has been active for 7 days, you are using at least 50% of your current disk space limit, and you have a working website that follows the TOS, you can request a free upgrade for unmetered disk space.
