Hello, new here.
Still finding my way around - so forgive me if I ask silly questions.
I saw in another thread that some servers are offline. Hope you get 'em back up. Something about apache servers being down.
This may be why I get a 'dns-cannot find server' wrt my newly formed web site on x10hosting.

My index page came up as soon as I established the free adfree site on x10hosting and uploaded my index page - last night.
But today I get the dns error.
I'll try to be patient and monitor the other threads before creating more clutter on your forums.
I can't complain - it's a free service after all.

Hello and welcome to X10hosting. I hope you enjoy your stay with X10hosting. Good to see you are update with the news, I think your problem might be due to the apache server being down. Not to worry......I think it will be back up soon.

Checked it late last night and my new site came up in the browser - no probs.

I have been away, but now I am back.
I have unsuspended my site
I have checked to see the suspension reason after unsuspending it and it replied with:
Username: One
Error:
This account is not suspended.

I can not get into my x10 hosting account
I will make a support ticket

Error after error after error - and they won't fix it!

At first I couldn't even make a support ticket because it wouldn't let me.
This has been going on for weeks and I still have no site to create!

and all they do is delete my posts
from my end all I see is laziness and incompetence!

The error code provided is: ERRW11019 Because of this error, you must sign up for an account again. If you've received this message more than once, please create a support ticket and you will be assisted.

No doubt this will get deleted as well.

Why won't they fix it?
