I am attempting to install a trial of Kayako Fusion. However, I cannot continue with installation because "Checking if magic quotes GPC is disabled " comes up as "Disabled" (therefore, magic quotes GPC is enabled). Is there a way I can alter this via my cPanel, or is this something that must be altered on the administration side?
