hello,

I recently changed my main domain name from cakebaker.co.cc to cakehut.co.cc .
The domain transfer worked fine and my site is up and running.
But the mail accounts from my previous domain are still counted in my limit of 5 mailboxes.
So, even though I'm using only 2 mail boxes (feena@cakehut & admin@cakehut) cpanel says that I'm using 5 boxes and will not allow me to create anymore. In the mailbox option in cpanel it says 'ATTENTION: Using 5 out of 5 available Email Accounts' but shows only the 2 new boxes. Please help me solve this problem. I donot require any mail from any of my previous accounts.

Thanking you
Joseph Chandy

Ps: keep up the good work on managing and running X10

See if you can add the old domain back as an add-on and see if that brings up the old email accounts so you can try to delete them.

If that does not work, post back and I will get a Staff to do it manually.

Already tried that. Did'nt work.

Don't ask how but after I loged in and out of mailserver through webmail a couple of times . The problem seemed to have solved itself.
Thankyou all for your help.

I would also like to know why I get a security warninga about the sites ssl certificate whenever I try to login to my Cpanel or webmail ?

Due to the recent moves of servers, they have not gotten around to updating the security certificate for the servers. They are using a "self signed" certificate which, while it makes the SSL connection secure, causes many browsers to issue a warning.

Using the http alternative to https avoids the warnings, but is actually less secure since everything is sent as plain text.
