Mail confirmation from Czech Republic

please, If I try to confirm new mail in my account Huascaran, the page that is in confirmation email show this:
Array ( [0] => [1] => We are not currently accepting new users from your country (Czech Republic). ) Access denied.

I am not new user, I try to confirm only other email instead of original one.
