Hello,

I am Maxime Lebrasseur (Owner of DualServers),
I have pointed my domain to :

- ns1.x10hosting.com
- ns2.x10hosting.com

But when I try to enter in my website "http://dualservers.net/", is not my page, is "PaperWorks Co." ?!?
So when I try with "www" before the domain, it work completely... And all of my subdomain work.

Second problem, my MAIL.
My mail, exemple : "admin@dualservers.net" work for sending the message, but I don't receive the message ?!?

Thank you for your support.

The domain: dualservers.net isn't configured on the hosting account "rzr92", neither as primary domain, or as parked/addon domain.
You should configure it before being able to use it.

I'm sorry but you're not allowed to have two hosting accounts. Each individual is allowed only ONE account. There's no need to have more than one account, as with one account you can host more than one website (using "Addon Domains").
You'll need to choose only one to keep, and the other one will be terminated.

When I whois your domain (http://whois.domaintools.com/dualservers.net), I see the name servers of

Name Server.......... my.privatedns.com
Name Server.......... your.privatedns.com

Are you sure they are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com via your domain registrar?

Your cPanel username is: "dualsrv" and your forum username is "dualserver".
If you're setting an A record for your domain, you should point it to: 74.86.133.219
If you're delegating DNS by setting nameservers, then you should point them to:
ns1.x10hosting.com - 74.86.117.243
ns2.x10hosting.com - 74.86.117.241
