Mail fonction php

Hi, in a first time, sorry for the faults in my writting, but i'm French. I use webacappela for build my site, but he use the fonction php mail. When i test my site for send a mail contact, I have an error, it is "An error occured on server", I had test a script that I can add with the site builder by webaccappela and I have an error "Error: no php on this server". How can resolve my issue? Maybe X10hosting could give me a script for that I put in my site across webacappella.
