Mail Problem Adfree Absolut

When I try to create a new email address it says "Write Failed: Disk Quota Exceeded ." but when I checked to see if I had any email addresses set up it says "There are no email accounts configured for this domain()."
Can anyone help me??

I am afraid that decreasing the size of my inbox is not possible since I can access the inbox of my emails created but I can not find any messages there!

So the quota has exceeded but I can not reduce it at the moment! Can anyone knows what is the solution here?
Edit:
I am even detecting missing files! does it have to do with exceeding the quota?
