Hello, I recently changed my domain from .x10.mx to .x10.bz and I had email accounts at .x10.mx that were changed to .x10.bz.

But when I access the cpanel, it appears that I have 4 email accounts, as is the sum of .x10.mx (which no longer exist) and the .x10.bz. How do I delete email accounts. X10.bz?

The system I use also shows a forum.*********.x10.mx subdomain

One way to be able to get rid of the email accounts and the subdomain is to add the x10.mx domain back onto your account as either an addon or parked domain. (sometimes the system won't let you add it) If you can, you should be able to remove the subdomain and email accounts. Then just drop the x10.mx again.

If that doesn't work, post back here with the names of the email accounts and subdomains you want removed.

Hello,

I have added the addon domain .x10.bz, and when I access the "Email Accounts" page, it shows me only 1 account, but this mensage appears:

ATTENTION: Using 4 out of 3 available Email Accounts
Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of Email Accounts. If you need more please contact your service provider.

and I cant add the 2 more accounts that I need.
