hey i am not able to send mails using my account, as in i can send the mail but the recipient does not get the mail. does it take awhile for th mail to reach using horde?

As far as we're aware there's no issue with the mail services on Lotus. Can get the recipient to check check the spam/bulk folders of their email client please? It's possible that x10Hosting's domain may have been blacklisted because of abuse, really not sure.
