Main banner not showing

On my site http://www.techerzfm.co.cc/ the main banner is not coming up for me. The image src=http://www.techerzfm.co.cc/images/Banner.png and i don't know if its the html code or something else. any help?

Looking about it seems to be somthing with the "Boru" server which i am currently on. So Cheers.

*nix is case sensitive.
