be trying to get this sorted from sunday at 5am
last post i did on it i thoiugh guy was going to change domain
for me
but when i click on the lnk it does not open up so cant see if he tried or not
i really need my website back up and running

Did you login to Account panel and tried to change the domain. http://x10hosting.com/control

Click on "Hosting" menu and select the "Modify Domain" There you can change the domain and set it up right.

If you get any error please post back.

our main domain shounld be brainbox.me.uk
but its changed to http://brainbox.me.uk.x10hosting.com/
and wont change back
getting this error message when trying to change it back

Error Code: 1E9F63B0 i did all this last night and early on to day just want some to sort it as i got guys coming to check my site to see if they will link
and i really need it back up a running asp then i will have loads to do on it 3 times its been try to change it and get this

is there no admin that could fix this problem
