Main domain name change request

I would like my main domain to be cykomobile.x10.mx, Also, currently, the domain does not load with the www. prefix, I have this domain added on 2 accounts, so maybe that is why.

I also have another question, once my main domain has updated, do I make a new parked domain of cykomobile.com? And if I do, do I make a new website using which domain?

Yes, you will need to add a new parked domain for your domain. This will display the same content as your main domain. If you need it to display differently from your main website, please create an Addon domain instead.

I dont mean to seem impatient, but it has not changed yet, and now when I try to go to cykomobile.com, or www.cykomobile.com, it acts as if the site does not exist and says that the webpage is unavailable, I do have files uploaded in my cPanel

Sorry, but it seems that the domain change to cykomobile.x10.mx didn't go through because another account, under the username of cykomobi, is using it.
