It seems that x10's nameservers do not have the domain info set.
An Account Manager will have to adjust the entries in the nameservers. They work from oldest thread to newest, so please don't bump the thread to keep it on the first page since that will just move it to the end of the work queue. It should be addressed in 24hrs or less.
