Main part of my site is down

Every time I go to my website today and almost every time yesterday, I get a 404 error:

I cannot access the admin section of joomla for my site. My forums work, but slow compared to normal. I use phpbb for my forums. Also no problem with my cpanel.

I am on Starka. Is anyone else on Starka having similar problems?

Have you been moving files around in the Joomla directory, as that error design is that of Joomla and not that of X10; suggesting that you have inadvertently deleted or overwritten an important file. If you can't spot any obviously missing files then try running a sync in an FTP program and that should update any missing files and leave the current files in place.

Well, I haven't done anything to any of the files in a very very long time. It's working fine as of now though. So, I have no idea what's going on. But thanks for help. Maybe it will stay in working condition now.

And now I get this:

404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:

And now mysql problems. cannot connect, and my phpbb mysql says backend does not exist.
