maintainance page for sometime

You should give a maintainance page and the comeback time of x10hosting in the index page while updating and maintaining stuff, so that members and guest can know whats happening here. They dont see now that new account will not gonna work, they are creating accounts which they can't use right now. I think its a little bit irritating for them.

Normally the downtime should be not long (bring up the new system, take down the old own and reconnect). The expected downtime is not really big.

I think the Account Panel has been out of action now for about a week which most people will think is a long time with no explanation.
