How do I make an index page, etc? Also do I need to know a lot of html (this doesn't really matter but I'm j/w)

If you dont want to learn html, try using a cms, mambo is great. You can install it in fantastico, if you have advanced or corporate.

Or you can download a program like dreamweaver's demo, or coolpage.

I suggest learning html. You can get a book at the library and teach yourself.

Well there is many ways of doing this.

1. You can do this through cpanel by creating a new file in the file manager and naming it index.html and editing it by writting it in html.

2. Using a program such as Microsoft Front Page or an Open Office.org program to create a webpage, and saving it as index.html, and uploading it to the server through cpanel.

3. Opening a text editor such as notepad and writting a website through HTML, saving it as index.html and uploading it to the server.
