making webclient?

I'm trying to make a webclient, i got it so it is able to get on the site but now when i go to /client it just shows the client.html and client.jar when i got to client.html it just shows up like this (picture below)

is there a way to make it were when i put /client after my address were it will show up but not like the picture above

Rename 'client.html' to 'index.html'.

ok, i kinda have a problem, every time i go to cpanel i get the vote for obama thing any help?

There should be a 'Skip this Ad' button somewhere (Possibly top-right).

my only problem now is getting the client to work right, i keep getting errors saying don't have a certain class...
i looked at a lot of tutorials and can't figure out how to get it to work, it's suppose to be in a .jar file and i did that and still don't work any help?
