Managers, Moderators, Staff needed for new site

I have built a new site out of scrap, now I need to promote it and get traffic.
Lack of time and staff is proving worse.

Its based on Joomla CMS
I would like you to help me in forum administration and refer users.
As this is new site, it doesn't have much exposure, and many doesn't know at all.
You just need to create topics, and expect posts from members.
Any other work from you will be appreciated.
