Hello Support Team,
I am writing to kindly follow up on my request regarding the domain tusecreto.x10.mx.
The issue: I am unable to add this domain to my new account (User: ylonrwhb on Server X12). The system returns an error stating that the domain 'already exists', even though it is not visible in my current dashboard.
It appears that there are lingering records from my previous setup on the old server that need to be manually cleared from the backend database.
Request: Could you please perform a manual purge of any existing entries for tusecreto.x10.mx? This would allow me to re-register it on my active service.
