Manual Unsuspension (since 12/12)

My account was suspended because I didn't check that particular email account for the reminders while I was dealing with stuff leading up to the holidays. I logged in and clicked the button to unsuspend earlier this week (4 days ago) and it still says "We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute." under Next Steps. I looked around on the forums and saw that there was a technical issue affecting other accounts and some might still need to be manually unsuspended.

1. Can someone from x10 please review our account for manual unsuspension? It's been a few days and we rely on it a lot this time of year.

2. Is there a way to add an email address, other than the one already on the account, to also receive those reminder emails so this doesn't happen again? I can't seem to check account/profile settings to see if there is an option for that while it's suspended.

I have pushed forward the unsuspension and your accunt should be good to go momentarily.

You can unfortunately not add a second contact email, but you can change the current one through the control panel.

Thank you for getting the account up and running again!

Something I thought I would mention (just in case anyone else experienced the same thing) is that I never received any alert emails about the login deadline until the email on the 12th about the account being suspended. Previously I used to get emails several days beforehand. I checked the junk/spam folder and they didn't go there either. Is there a chance that whatever is happening to the system to get accounts stuck in suspension also has something to do with those missing emails that are supposed to remind us about when we have to login? I will just use my phone to track the login deadline for our site, but I'm sure others are counting on those emails reminders.
