Since the server upgrades my sites are taking much longer to load. I have seen some pages take over 1 min to load. I cannot use the sit due to this problem. Before the server changes just made they were running fine. Are there still updates for my hosting server?

I am now unable to access the site at all. I get an error saying the page is temporarily unavailable.

My hosting account was suspended due to high resource usage while your servers where running too slow to open any page. I did notify my users of the problems with the upgrades but the high resource usage was because of the long load times for every page. I was able to un-suspend it automatically only because it was my fist time. I now have 1 less auto un-suspend due to your problems while performing server upgrades. I have tested my site after un-suspending it and it seems to running normal now. If the server lag is indeed gone now could I get someone to check my current system resource usage starting when my account was un-suspended to see if I am close enough to need an upgrade on my account? This information is vital to prevent this from happening again.

I am now having the same problem as right after the server upgrades. Prior to the server upgrades the site was working well with no lag problems. In addition to lag so bad i cant even load a page I occaisonaly get one of 2 errors. One error is the temporarily unavailable message i mentioned earlier. The other is the following. At this point I am moving my site back to my old host as I cant use the site the way it is, and you will just suspend my account again if I let your new server run it. I do have another smaller site that is having the same problems. It also was working fine before the server upgrades.
