a question: a friend has servers at home, he wanted to be a mirror of Wikileaks, and asks me to lend him subdomain that I have stayed here in x10hosting. (A class registry)
the site is hosted on their servers, and register the domain is redirected to the IP of it.
Does this violate the terms of service? in case of attack sites are hurt? I believe something like this since the DNS domain that I have connected to x10hosting
PD: excuse my bad English, I used Google translate

I don't think this'd fly.

From the TOS:
* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

He'd have to own all the items being displayed on WikiLeaks because they're coming under fire lately for illegally transmitting materials that aren't theirs to transmit. Also from our AUP ( http://x10hosting.com/aup ):

You may not publish or transmit via x10Hosting's service any content that x10Hosting reasonably believes:
* creates a risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement;
* improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person;
* is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against x10Hosting by offended viewers.

Given that WikiLeaks is currently under a DDoS attack, that'd count as "may result in retaliation against x10Hosting." If we get DDoS'd, it's bad. It also could compromise national security, create a risk to a single person's safety or health (anyone mentioned by name in the files), and exposes confidential information of another person.

I don't think this'd go over well given the TOS and AUP; it could easily result in the entire account being permanently suspended.

Had to repost to add this from your homepage when translated to english:

Welcome to the King's Fund! This is one of the best hostings images, and now, stayed HD files!
Remember:

* By adding files will be uploaded automatically
* It supports multiple file uploads

Upload Image standards:

* Maximum size: 5 MB
* Maximum resolution: 4000x3500
* Image types allowed: JPG, GIF, PNG

So it ended up being a null issue since we don't allow file hosting of any kind. I'm in the habit of quoting the TOS, so here's the part that's causing a headache:

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

Image Hosting = File Hosting = Not Allowed.
