Based on the description from Ampache's website, this isn't software that would be allowed under our Terms of Service on our Free Hosting network. It looks to be intended to let you stream your music collection from anywhere, however we don't allow file storage, nor do we allow copyrighted MP3's to be on the service, which effectively nullifies what the software is intended to do. It also supports on-the-fly transcoding and downsampling which, if it works at all, would hit the resource cap extremely quickly and cause the site to be disabled for some time.
We also aren't able to increase the max_user_connections limit for a single user; it would require us to increase it for all users, which isn't something we're able to do at this time.
