Maxed-out (75) ftp users on Lotus

I have noticed that about half the time when I try to log onto my site's ftp I get a 421 response ("75 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry").
I'm sure there must be plenty of other people who have to same problem too.

Is there any chance of raising the maximum to, say, 100 or something?
Or could there be some other way of handling ftp connections that lets the service be used by more than 75 people at once.
Most of the 75 accounts connected are probably idle anyway so what about a faster timeout?

If I remember correctly, there is a glitch that causes this to happen, not actually 75 ftp users.

No, I don't think so. I've had this happen to me on stoli. I think that an admin has to go in and do something to fix it, so you'd have to submit a ticket. By the time they get the ticket, it's probably worked itself out.
