I would just ignore Site Advisors warnings for x10, since they are no real threat.
All abusing accounts will be terminated.

I'm pretty sure that if there aren't scripts on the servers that detect that sort of thing, the staff most likely pays attention to threat reports from McAfee and Norton (evident by their response). I've seen users report malicious sites in the support forum before, so I believe that everything's covered pretty well in getting the word out to the staff.
