Me arguing about being suspended

Ok, i had been having problem with my account because my page would not show up but i could get into the control panel, I thought it was just server problems so i didn't say anything. Now I'm suspended for "No Index"...
What does that mean? That there was no index.php?
If so, then i did have one....
If not, then what does it mean?
And how long until i can be unsuspended?

I'm not sure why you were suspended as you do have a index page. Sorry about that.

Are you still having problems loading your website?

Thank you, but yes, i still an click the link i get on the account page and i get a white page..
