I was not impressed about how you dealt with my complaint. Due to this reason I am now leaving you after a whole year of supporting you, but after being told that my website would be unstable untill the end of December I was fuming!​

Now I have transferred my website and support to a new and BETTER company. It provides me with 99% uptime, NO ads and 100GB bandwidth. I am now recomending this company. *Link Removed*​

I am now wishing my account to be deleted from x10hosting for this reason.

I don't know where you got 'December' from. We have been doing a lot of maintenance and we are not expecting to finish until November. The reason for this maintenance is that we have so many accounts that the servers are becoming unstable (Stoli has around 5000 accounts), if we do not do maintenance the servers will just slow down until they just stop working.

On a side note, any user being rude to staff and posting links to our competitors will probably have their account remove and their forum account banned - it's not right, and if you want to leave we're not stopping you. The staff do their utmost to keep everything working at its best and comments like the above aren't remotely useful.
