Mi Cuenta no ha sido activada

El motivo de este mensaje es para saber que sucede con el sitio que me ofrecieron el cual no ha sido activado, me dijeron que seria en un transcurso de 24 a 72 hrs, mi cuenta la abri el dia 4 de septiembre a las 8:00pm y ya es 8 de septiembre y las 11:30pm y aun no eh podido hacer uso de mi hosting.

Please, podrian decirme que pasa o que tiempo mas tengo que esperar..
