Why are you again asking him create new THREAD.Multiple threads for same problem is not allowed .

Are you able to login to Cpanel.I can see a WP config error.Did you check it.

The error is because i tried reuploading wordpress but then i read the thing about the files still being in the absolut server so i decided to wait and se if i could get my files back, unfortunately i did not back up my files and I'm the sole responsible for that, but i you can help me to get my files back i would be very gratefull

If you wish them to restore your account, you should clear the current one. Make backups of anything there now that you want.
