another crapy browser to add to a really annoying and resource intensive os. i woudl rather stick with a 64bit version of liinux and now that i will get so much better performance for much less ram than i need to have with windows vista

It looks a bit like Office 2007. At least they're trying to make stuff look more integrated, which is good.

Yeah but its only looks similar because Micorsoft wants us to buy all of their dodgy proprietry software.

IE8 is mere waste of time and money. you can use firefox itself. its the best browser.

why does Microsoft hafeto always make everything so bloated when what we all want is something small secure and easy to use

everytime a new ie comes out you know its ganna be full of bugs and still have problems with css layouts

i mean really what is used the most on a computer now days is the web Browser

i found a list of free Browsers the other day and tried a bunch of them and i would say every free web Browser is better than what Microsoft offers

I just hope microsoft always allows users to use scripting languages by default. It should be up to the user to choose to disable them. What's a web page without scripting? In many cases it's like a car with no engine.

well - IE8 is a litle bit slower than IE7... - about 20%,
there is some bugs with DIV tags when read web page...
also have some strange issues with flashget.
anyway - it offer a cool tools packed with it.
I hope - when we see it as finall version on Windows 7 in late 2009 - 2010 y. then the things shall be beter than current.
