Migrating a site and changing the Domain Name

Currently i have built a site on Windows Live Web Hosting. Is it possible to migrate it over to my account here? Microsoft has a lot of control over my site and I need to break free so I can make my business legit. I am new to designing and creating so that is why I started there but I am a fast learner. The is www.easypicfix.com. Also, when I do I have the site hosted here, how do I go about changing the Domain name to www.easypicfix.com from www.easypicfix.x10hosting.com?

I've never used their hosting, but if you don't have a lot to lose, I'd start over again using SiteReptile or Softalicious. Your domain name can be changed using http://x10hosting.com/panel.php and you need to tell your domain registrar your new nameserves are:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
