migrating MyBB from different host to here. - HELP

I've gotten MyBB installed and working, but lacking a few things...
I took a backup of my old host and downloaded it. It was created as a (zipped into a) .gz SQL file.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get this backup uploaded so that I can apply it to my newly created MyBB forum here on X10?

cPanel --> Databases box --> Create database and database user with MySQL Database Wizard
cPanel --> Databases box --> phpMyAdmin --> Click the database name on the left --> Click the [Import] button in the top-middle --> Click the [Choose File] button and find the file on your computer. The file should be named *.sql.gz
