At least, there's anyway to have access to the db backup of my website and download it??

Apart from a database error that domain works for me.

Keep in mind that you are only allowed one account as per or ToS and since you claim that to be yours while posting from a forum account linked with a different account I can only conclude that you currently have more then one account. Which one do you want to keep?

About the database error, how it can be solved?

First step would be to verify that the database exists (there has been some cases where it transfered badly), check that the database has a proper user by clicking its name.

If those two are correct you would need to look at the configuration file for your script, the first thing to do there is make sure it uses localhost as the server.

If it still fails try changing the password for the database user and update the settings file accordingly.
