That’s right, you heard it here first.

We have completed the migrations, and are working on getting all of our previous settings and configurations to the new servers.

If you are a PRIME SUBSCRIBER and are experiencing issues, submit a support ticket through the account panel.

If you are a FREE HOSTING USER missing any files or databases, please open ONE (1) and ONLYONE support thread about the issue. We have closed all existing tickets, and we will be working on going through and looking at these issues on an individual basis.

If you are unable to do a certain function using the control panel, or if you have any errors, please use the search function on the forums to try and find a similar thread for the issue. If you find one, please don’t open a new ticket.

We at x10Hosting would like to thank you for your patience and understanding you showed us throughout this migration. The migration was to better serve you, and to help improve the quality of the service at x10Hosting. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the migration has caused you.

Quoting another community support rep:

if you still have problems:

1) Start a thread. With an informative title.
2) Your own thread. Do not hijack other peoples threads - a good way for your problem to get lost.
3) One thread. Not two, four or ten. One.
4) Use the Forum account linked to the Free Hosting account. Don't make the people trying to help hunt your account down.
5) cPanel username, main domain name information helps.
6) State exactly what your problem is. "My site doesn't work" or "My files disappeared" are too vague. "I get a 'domain not found' error" or "File Manager shows no files" are much more informative. Copy/paste error messages (editing out any sensitive information) into your post.
7) Look for official notices acknowledging that your problem is general. Often there will be fixes that you can apply yourself to get your site up and running.
8) Monitor the thread. Do not bump after two hours with "Why isn't this fixed yet?". But if you do not get a response after a couple of days, bump the thread.
